Liz Smith, Judith Regan, Billy Stanton, and Victoria Gotti Sr. threw a surprise B-Day bash for Star magazine writer Victoria Gotti Jr. at Capitale. A&E cameras followed the birthday girl around all evening for a new upcoming “bio/reality” show (stay tuned!).
