What do a lobster and Star Jones have in common? Well, aside from both having sharp claws, Jones was also cracked open like the crustacean, as she told it at the Heart of the Hamptons Ball, held at the Hayground School. The acerbic attorney was honored along with Ambassador Charles Gargano and Dr. Todd Rosengart. Bo Dietl introduced Jones, who took the podium from MC Rosanna Scotto and then told an outrageous tale of her own heart woe and how she was "cut open like a lobster" and how doctors took her heart out for a good 22 minutes before putting it back. Jones, who on last season's Celebrity Apprentice rubbed everyone the wrong way until she got fired, chirped, "Some people on the show didn't even believe I had one [a heart], but I'm here tonight to say that I do."
