A star-studded audience filled the seats of the Ziegfeld Theatre for the premiere of the latest Bruce Willis action-thriller Hostage, followed by a high-wattage after-party at Planet Hollywood, the NYC satellite in the star’s global restaurant chain.
On screen, Willis portrays former LAPD hostage negotiator Jeff Talley, who left his high-stress job after failing to save a woman and her child. While living a low-profile life as chief of police in a quiet town in Ventura County, he’s suddenly thrown right back into the pressure cooker when a desperate hostage situation, hitting too close to home, forces him back into the role of hostage negotiator.
Spotted negotiating the crowd: Hostage’s stars Willis, Jonathan Tucker, Kevin Pollak, Serena Scott Thomas, Jimmy Bennett, Marshall Allman, Michelle Horn, Ben Foster, Jamie McShane, and Rob Knepper; director Florent Siri; and producer Bob Yari; and guests Lindsay Lohan, Oksana Baiul, Sugar Ray Leonard, Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin, John Foster, Chris Pine, John Riggins, Sylvia Miles, Jamie Brown, Cindy Guyer, and Cody Franchetti.
These action plots “die hard,” Bruce. Go get ‘em!
