The Little Shubert Theater, New York’s newest addition to the Great White Way, was unveiled at a festive opening ceremony featuring Broadway legend Tommy Tune and The Manhattan Rhythm Kings. The performers presented highlights from the theater’s inaugural production, Tommy Tune: White Tie and Tails. Shubert’s Chairman Gerald Schoenfeld and President Phil Smith were on hand for the opening of the 499-seat theater, located on West 42nd Street. Say hello to a fresh new Broadway baby.
