Elegance ruled at the March of Dimes Beauty Ball held at the Waldorf. For their work to promote lifestyles for healthier babies, Camille McDonald, prez and CEO of Parfums Givenchy, received the Beautiful Apple Award, and Deborah Walters, Saks’ senior cosmetics VP, received Retailer of the Year Award. The table settings were a springtime wonderland covered in silver and white with suspended crystal candle-lit lanterns on cherry blossom branches. Guests got fab goodie bags containing a potpourri of perfumes and beauty products that had to be lugged out.
