Legendary producer Marty Richards was toasted at a splendid luncheon held in his honor at Le Cirque by Cynthia and Tony Maltese, Dallas Boesendahl, and Carmen Dell’Orefice. In the mix were Chita Rivera, Mathilde Krim, Dina Merrill, Kitty D’Alessio, Rick and Kathy Hilton, Francesco Scavullo, Sale Johnson, and Richard Turley, who feasted on grilled salmon with olive oil and breaded chicken stuffed with herbs—capped off by a delectable round of desserts. Richards, who received kudos for his film version of Chicago, recently made waves in Manhattan real estate by selling his two apartments at the luxurious Trump World Tower. (Thank goodness he kept the old apartment at River House—which is one of the most gorgeous digs we’ve ever seen!)
