East Hampton's Tsunami and NV nightclub were the
locales for East End Restaurant Ball "Taste of the
Nation." The feast included chefs Bill Valentine of
The Maidstone Arms, Arthur Wolfe at Turtle Crossing,
Frederique Kiefer at The Farmhouse, Justin Dwyer at
Ram's Head Inn, Andrew Engle at The Laundry, James
Carptenter at Della Femina, and Joe Realmuto at Nick
& Toni's among others. We're still stuffed from
this gastronomical orgy!
