One of the juiciest insider books of the season was feted at the Park Ave. duplex of co-author Denise LeFrak Caliccio and her husband, John Calicchio; High Rise Low Down, published by Barricade Books and co-authored by Eunice David and Kathryn Livingston, chronicles the who's who and what's what in Manhattan's most coveted apartment buildings. Hollywood lyricist Hal David enchanted the guests with a warbling rendition of "I'll Never Fall in Love Again," a hit he wrote with Burt Bacharach.
