Al Roker and chef
Al Roker, Bobby Flay, and David Rosengarten cooked up a feast at the Villa Maria on Mecox Bay in Water Mill to benefit the Maryhaven Center of Hope. The BBQ party featured notable chefs such as Daniel Orr from Gustavino’s and Brian Bistrong from Citarella the Restaurant. Al Roker’s new book Al Roker’s Big Bad Book of Barbecue is “hot on the grill.” When the Sheet asked Al if he was losing too much weight, he replied, “Never too thin.” Now where have I heard that before?
