If a diamond is forever, then the Parrish Art Museum’s Midsummer Gala should sparkle throughout eternity! A jaw-dropping display of diamonds by Martin Katz, the gala’s official jewelry sponsor, included necklaces, rings, and tiaras that have adorned Hollywood’s legendary beauties at the Oscars and Emmys, and dazzled even the most jaded of the Rich & Bejeweled, who turned out to honor Mildred Brinn, chairman of the museum’s board of trustees. Guests like Calvin Klein, Charles Gargano, Nicole Miller, Geoffrey Bradfield, Lionel Pincus, Felix Grucci, Somers and Jonathan Farkas, Jamie Niven, Duane Hampton, Allison and Stacey Cowles, Robert and Laura Sillerman, Vanessa von Bismark, and Chappy Morris savored a lavish dinner by Glorious Foods and stomped to the beat of musical sergeant Steven Scott, “Xtreme Team DJ.” Talk about eternal glitz!
