Guests gathered at the Southhampton oceanfront home of Margie and Michael Loeb for the Phoenix House Annual Summer Benefit to honor Elie Tahari and Julie and Brice Menin. Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford and Royal Pains star Mark Feuerstein hoted the event to support Phoenix House - a leading nonprofit provider of substance abuse treatment and prevention that serves more than 7,000 men, women, and teens in 11 states.
