Transformation was the word of the evening when the Little Baby Face Foundation held its fourth annual Believe in Miracles gala at the Racquet & Tennis Club. The event, hosted by its founder, Dr. Thomas Romo (director of facial, plastic, and reconstructive surgery at Lenox Hill and Man-hattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospitals), and his wife, Diane, raised funds that will allow him and his colleagues to provide free surgery to children from all over the world who are born with facial deformities.

It was a who's who of the political, media, and fashion worlds, including: Comptroller William Thompson, Rudy Gaskins, Hon. Leslie Crocker Snyder, Dr. Max Gomez, Court TV's Emily Barsh, and an elite roster of plastic surgeons-but the most important guests of all were the kids whose lives were changed forever, courtesy of the foundation!
