Palm Beach A-listers at the Norton Museum of Art’s annual Bal des Arts embarked on an exotic voyage to Spain — without ever leaving the museum grounds! More than 450 guests gathered for the “Voyage to Valencia,” inspired by the Museum’s exhibition “Spain in the Age of Exploration: 1492-1819.” The evening raised nearly $1 mil for the museum’s educational programs and exhibitions.
Following cocktails and a silent auction, guests dined beneath a tent designed by Michael Ereshena. The Voyage to Valencia-themed menu included a selection of Tapas, Fiesta España entrées, and a dessert course titled “Dolce Valencia.” The live auction boasted such luxe lots as a diamond watch by Graff (the evening’s Grand Jewelry Sponsor) and a Coach limited-edition Vespa scooter.
Along for the ride: Gala chair Sandy Krakoff; honorary chairs Polly and David Ober; vice chairs Kenn Karakul, Andrea Stark, and Jan Willinger; guests Jackie and Albert Togut, Norma and William Tiefel, Gail Nessel, Suzi and Frederick Weingeroff, Shirley Fiterman, Ashley and Brad Deflin, Paulette and Ronald Koch, Graff’s Henri Barguirdjian, and Jeanne and Tim Tiller.
A voyage of expectations met!
