Judith and Rudy Giuliani

Twentieth Century Fox hosted a star-studded screening of the most stylish movie of the summer, The Devil Wears Prada, starring Ann Hathaway, Meryl Streep, and Stanley Tucci, in the Hamptons at the Regal Southampton, sponsored by the St. Regis. Everyone who attended emerged from the theater with a big smile, including guests Judith and Rudy Giuliani, who told us they thoroughly enjoyed the movie.

Stanley Tucci, who plays a flamboyant creative director, said, “I loved the part! I loved playing that kind of character … and there was no certain person who inspired me, it was a compilation of a couple of different people that I know.”

Along with Prada, other designers featured in the movie include: Dolce & Gabbana, Chanel, Gucci, Marni, Fendi, Valentino, Calvin Klein, and look for a knit cashmere hat with beading and mink pom-poms designed by Adrienne Landau, as Hathaway fashionably dashes around the city in the film. Also, don’t miss Adrienne’s luxe fur bag with sable tails, also debuting in the film.

Following the screening we headed to a fabulous dinner party at Savanna’s to celebrate the release.

Attendees included: Wendy Finerman, George and Mariana Kaufman, Princess Yasmin Aga Khan, Cindy Sherman, Nicole Miller, Chris Cuomo and Christina Greeven Cuomo, Ross Bleckner, Lauren Bush, Tory Burch, Joy Behar, Nina Griscom, Lee Radziwill, Chuck Scarborough, Jane Holzer, Elisabeth Kieselstein Cord, Howard Stern and Beth Ostrosky, Richard Price, Atoosa Rubenstein, Stella Keitel, Edgar Bronfman, and Bob Balaban.

A fun Hamptons happening!
