Donald Trump held an exclusive showing known as “Preview Penthouse 21” for his $18 mil penthouse apartment, now up for sale at Trump Park Avenue (the old Delmonico Hotel Donald has been restoring). The 25-year-old Don Jr.’s important (but terribly brief) intro began, “I’m Don Trump, Jr. And now, I’ll turn the mike over to my father.” The dapper dad took over from there, beginning with, “...and Melania has been with me through...well ...good times. Marla, on the other hand, had to suffer.” When we asked Melania about those “only good times,” she replied, “There’s always some tough with the good.” OK, we’re finally into reality here.

The evening included a raffle where guests randomly dropped their business cards in a bowl, and Corcoran Group’s Pam Liebman turned out to be the lucky winner. And the prize? Ms. Liebman gets to fly on Trump’s private jet to Mar-A-Lago for a weekend!
