Rita Hayworth Gala "Beneath the Harvest Moon." Susan
Hess is gala chair, Muffie Potter Aston and Nurit
Kahane Haase co-chairs, and Claudia Cohen honoree.
The annual fall gala is a pinnacle of the Manhattan
social season, largely due to the efforts of Rita's
daughter Princess Yasmin Aga Khan. She created the
evening to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Association
to fight the terrible disease that ended her mother's
legendary life.
