Herman Badillo, Lally Weymouth, Police Comish Ray Kelly, Gail Badillo

The Manhattan Institute hosted a lunch for Herman Badillo at the Harvard Club to celebrate his new tome, One Nation, One Standard. Badillo, commenting on his humble beginnings to a crowd including Police Commish Ray Kelly, Ed Koch, John Catsimatidas, Gail Badillo, Donald Tober, and Lally Weymouth, remarked: "I was a pin boy in a bowling alley, and now that's automatic ... I was an elevator boy, and now that's automatic ... and I went to Congress, and Nixon tried to abolish Congress."
