The young social set came out in full force in a gilded display of support for the American Museum of Natural History's Winter Dance.

Rachel Roy joined chairs Claire Bernard, Zani Gugelmann, Amanda Hearst, Tinsley Mortimer, Jacqueline Sackler, and Ivanka Trump to bring together more than 700 sophisticates in celebration of Gold, the spectacular special exhibition on display at the museum through August 19. Following an intimate dinner in the Grand Gallery, the glittering guests enjoyed cocktails and dancing in the Milstein Hall of Ocean Life, followed by a silent auction featuring fab finds such as a Dolce & Gabbana bag and rounds of golf at a Trump Classic (in either Briarcliff Manor, New York, or Bedminster, New Jersey).

Proceeds from the luminous evening support the museum's scientific and educational programs, which benefit more than a million schoolchildren every year.
