The stars came out for the premiere of School for Scoundrels, with an after-party at the Stone Rose Lounge.

We chatted up Scoundrels star Billy Bob Thornton and found him to be warm, passionate, and witty, not to mention…hot and handsome! He told us that he “loved making this movie…. It brought out all sides of my personality.” And there are many!

Co-star Matt Walsh divulged, “Billy Bob told us some great stories on the set when he’d come out of his trailer—drinkin’ with Willie Nelson, hangin’ out with Johnny Cash and guys like that.”

Napoleon Dynamite’s Jon Heder, who also stars in the movie, was asked which role he preferred: who he was before or after attending the school for scoundrels. “I liked who I was before.… I’m a shy guy. I’m not good with women—but I do have a wife,” he told us.

Michael Clarke Duncan’s role was a far departure from the tender giant with a pet mouse he played in The Green Mile. We asked him how he liked dressing in a blonde wig, and he confessed, “Well, I drew the line—they wanted me to wear high heels and a dress, but I was not gonna do that!”

In the mix: Oksana Baiul, Sarah Silverman, Cindy Guyer, Carmen Cuba, Jacinda Barrett, DeRay Davis, Alexandra and Todd Phillips, Serena Altschul, Geyer Kosinski, Graham Brennan, Stacy Bendet, and Trish Kwan.

With all the twists and turns in this fun-loving comedy, we recommend it!
