The social set came out in droves to a tent on the Upper East Side for Fete de Swifty, founded by Liz Smith, and benefiting the Family Justice Initiative of the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City.
The event raised more than $750,000, with a list of sup-porters that read like a who’s who of the oh-so-social bold-names, including: Swifty’s owners Robert Caravaggi and Stephen Attoe, Mayor Bloomberg, Ali Torre, Peter Rogers, Mariana and George Kaufman, First Deputy Mayor Patti Harris, Donald and Barbara Tober, Deborah Norville, Cindy Guyer, Stuart Match Suna, Lyn Paulsin, Kyle McLaughlin and Desiree Gruber, Ron Perelman and Anna Chapman (recently split), Ann Rapp, Cece Cord, Jamee and Peter Gregory, Brian Stewart and Stephanie Krieger, Pepe Fanjul, Bettina Zilkha, Denise Rich, Andrew Saffir and Daniel Benedict, Eleanora and Michael Kennedy, David Patrick Columbia, Caroline Rowley, Muffie Potter Aston, Richard Turley, Cynthia and Dan Lufkin, Jill Roosevelt, Rachel Hovnanian, Pauline Pitt, Sheri and Larry Babbio, Gillian Miniter, Judy and Sam Peabody, Christine and Stephan Schwarzman, and Dana and Dr. Patrick Stubgen.
A street (fair) to be desired!
